History
Steve comes from a family background of entertainers and grew up listening to all kinds of music from the great musicals such as Carousel, West Side Story, and was heavily influenced in the early years by such singers as Matt Monro, Sinatra, etc.
Having started his career entering talent competition’s throughout the north west of England and Wales, Steve won the Liverpool echo Star search 1992, the North Wales Pioneer Star Search In 1993 and in 1997 Steve was voted variety club act of the year for Wales by the Variety Club Of Great Britain.
Steve played in his formative years with Jazz Pianist David Saul, and then went on to sing in several bands. He has performed in clubs, theatres, indeed all over the world courtesy of several cruise lines such as P&O Cruises, Fred Olson and Holland America. Having been voted Variety Entertainer of the Year for Wales by the Variety Club of Great Britain back in the late 90’s Steve decided to take a career break and pursue other interests including various academic and travel pursuits.
Steve has been in the entertainment business now for over 20 years, having performed in some far flung destinations such as China, Russia, America, Italy, and the list goes on.
He is now back singing professionally and playing to audiences both at home and abroad if your fortunate enough to hear him you will no doubt agree that Steve is a very classy performer.
